Whoops. Forgot to draw a Java strip yesterday, so I did this one super quick and posted it on the same day. See, only about five hours late. Bad for an airline, but not too bad for a weekly web comic.

Speaking of web comics, I think I’ll do another round of answering fan questions, except this time I’d like to open it up to any character in the strip. Anyone want to send a fan letter and ask a question for Matt? Or Dingo Jack? Or Gayle? Or Tim? Or Enrique? Heck, we could bring Rafael back. Coffee Commander? Coffee Sasquatch? The owner’s niece that works at the Bikini Barista Bar? The Prosperity Cat on top of the pastry bar? All characters are fair game.

Also, it looks like Grok Imagine may have stopped allowing free video generation. Or the site is just glitching right now. When I tried to make an animated ending for this strip, something along the lines of “Ignore speech bubbles. Zoom in on last panel. The talking jaguar cub says some profound piece of human wisdom followed by a few musical notes like from an after school special.” It opens a pop-up to sign up for the Pro version. I can click out of the pop-up and the video starts generating, but it freezes at 75%. We’ll see if it is up and running later… in the meantime, all I have is this mundane time lapse video of me taking huge shortcuts to produce this strip…
